The Trump Administration sets out to dismantle diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs across the federal government and private sector! Companies like Google, Amazon, Meta, and some Wall Street banks have decided to go along with Trump and trash their DEI-related policies and pledges!
But some have stood their ground. At Apple’s annual shareholder meeting on Feb. 25, investors rejected the measure, with 97% of votes cast against it.
Ben and Jerry’s unsurprisingly, when it comes to DEI, the ice cream company has no plans to roll back or slash its efforts!

If the most qualified or talented person is available, why would you hire someone less qualified just because they meet some outdated good ole boy strategy about what is acceptable? Me thinks Trump and his boys protest too much! Usually, the person making the most noise is trying to cover something up! You all know that is true!
